Returns & Lost Items Policy

Our aim is always to provide excellent quality products, we achieve this by inspecting every order prior to despatch. As a result product faults are less than 1%. On our website we provide measurements of products and with items such as Numnahs, Halters and clothing we ask that you double check sizes including if necessary comparing to sizes of items you already possess to avoid ordering incorrect items.

1. Faulty item return. If an item has a fault we will happily take it back for replacement or Refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging with original tags attached. 

2. No Fault return - If you wish to return an item for another reason, we shall still accept a return as long as this is within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you fully less the postage cost which is none refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging with original tags attached. 

Please note all items returned must be clean and in the same condition, they were when they left our premises. If an item arrives dirty / soiled then we are unable to process your return request. The product will then be returned to you at your own cost. This clause is in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. We will not accept returns on any form of undergarments.

3. Lost items - Whilst every effort is made to ensure that your item arrives in a timely and un-damaged manner by using reputable carriers, things can go wrong. Any claim for loss or damage in transit will be subject to our claims procedure and thoroughly investigated by ourselves and Royal Mail.  Please note we send all orders via Royal Mail tracked service with signature requirement for complete peace of mind and traceability.
